Old Hillclimber Knuck Engine

This is the cases of an old hillclimber or race knucklehead.

Left case is welded allover but it looks good  and used after the repair.

Right side case has the boss for the idlegear milled off to make

place for chain to the frontmounted magneto.

I bought the cases on egay a half year ago,

I only got 61" cylinders im probably gonna change them for a pair of 74".

And i gonna use my old big valve heads.

Maybe change the intakes.

Looking good.

This is a interesting cam, special grinded gonna run for fun.

Instead of generator.

Nu bilr det SU förgasare på den.

Det ska bli intressant att prova.

The VLUCK

The heads are -37, rockerboxes need some polish.

 Babybutt intake.

Chromed Linkert  and polished Joe Hunt magneto

I did some cleaning on the case.

Some more small parts and a Chromed clutchbasket.

Cowpie gearbox and Chromed xlhc oiltank

Chromed VL hub

I don´t know which one i should use.

Nedplockat för lack.

När våren kommer ska det vara färgglatt å trevligt.

Det e en hel del kvar.

Mycket spackel blir det på en gammal kaross.

Ordning är en dygd.

Nya garaget

Börjar så smått komma i ordning  hemma i källaren,men tid finns det inte

mycket kvar när man har matat å bytt blöjor å jobbat å matat å bytt blöjor osv.

Men lite händer det i alla fall.
